Prayer Request

Hey Guys, I need to ask to help me pray for one of my good friends Tara. She is miscarrying her baby and she and her husband Jason are totally crushed. They have been married 10 years and tried forever to have a baby. She miscarried 8 years ago and 3 weeks she had invetro (sp?). On Tuesday she found out she was pregnant and we were all so excited and today she went for bloodwork and her levels were dropping, they confirmed that she is miscarrying this afternoon. Please keep her and Jason in your prayers. If you know them or know anyone who may congratulate them please pass the word along. Thanks!

MUDDY MESS

Will has enjoyed the warm days recently. These pictures are from a couple of weekends ago, but I downloaded them onto the computer and then they were lost in some crazy file. I just found them. Will decided that he wanted to make mud pies and it turned into a mess, which he loved. In fact, this afternoon our nephew was over and when I got home from work they were covered from head to toe in mud. I will have to post those pictures later, Scott took those with his camera that he uses for sports and I can't even begin to tell you how to use it.

Blood Work Results

Dr. says that Will's blood work looked good. The only thing that showed up was the virual (sp?) infection from the strep. She said that his legs should be fine in a few days, in fact he cried this morning because he was afraid he was not going to get to go to Pre-School so we let him go. Dr. said he would be fine as long as he did not have a fever.

UPDATE

Thanks to everyone for thier prayers today. We still don't know much, but the doctor does think it is part of the strep infection. She did blood work just to be safe and help calm my nerves. However, after a dose of Motrin this afternoon he is walking much better. He even rode the four wheeler and his bike tonight. I will update tomorrow after we here from the blood work.

PRAYER REQUEST

Please remember Will in your prayers today. He got sick Thursday night with a fever and complaining of leg aching, and the doctor said that he had a bacterial infection, probably the beginning of strep. He ran a fever until Saturday evening and seemed to be doing fine until last night and he woke up having leg cramps and this morning he can't stand on his leg without screaming. We have a doctor's appt. this afternoon. Please remember us in your prayers. You know how mommies go wild until something is found out.

ICE STORM 2009

Sorry for the late post but were have been having computer problems. Here are just a few pictures of the experience I never want to deal with again. I am just thankful no one was hurt. We are lucky enough not to have any trees close to our house, but our neighbors lost almost all of theirs.

I have power!!!!

Our power finally came on today at 11 am. We have been enjoying ourselves since it warmed up enough to stay in the house. I am so thankful we were able to stay warm and have plenty to eat while staying with my aunt and uncle. They still have no power but they do have a generator. My mom is also still without power, one of the electric workers today said it may be Friday before she has it. I have a ton of pictures to upload but I have spent most of the afternoon cleaning out the frig and freezer.
